Ship to Service Center
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
